Musayang dal (Typical Nepali Pulse and dal)

Ingredients:
1 Cup Azuki Bean.
1 Teaspoon of Ginger Chopped.
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Chopped.
½ Medium Onion Chopped.
1/2 tea spoon Turmeric Powder.
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seed.
1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seed.
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder.
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder.
1 Table spoon Coriander Chopped.
1 Green Chilli Chopped
2 Tomatoes Chopped
Salt to Taste
Sunflower Oil
Method:

Grilled pineapple topped with chocolate



Ingredients:
Grilling.
2 slice of pineapple.
(Peeled and the inner curve of the hard disk)
2 tablespoon of caramel. (Dump each tablespoon for each slice)
Sauce
50 grams of Nestle chocolate (semisweet)
10 gm grated coconut.
50ml coconut cream 50 ml
A drop of vanilla essence
a pinch of cinnamon powder.

Baby corn Manchurian


Ingredients:

Baby Corn  10 -12 pieces
Corn flour - 1/4cup
All-purpose flour - 2tbs
Redchilli powder - 2tbs
Carrot - 1 (cut in chips size)
Capsicum - 1/2
Onion - 1 Large
Green chilies - 6-7
Ginger-garlic paste - 1tbs
Tomato sauce - 2tbs
Soy sauce - 1 tbs
Salt - to taste
Oil - for deep fry
Spring onion - optional
Coriander leaves - for garnishing.

Method:


Linseed salad sauce

Ingredients:
1 spoon (soup) ketchup traditional.
1 spoon (soup) mustard sauce.
1 spoon (soup) Yellow flaxseed(linseed) powder.
2 spoons (soup) shoyu.
2 tbsp (tablespoons) red wine vinegar.
2 spoons (soup) olive oil.
1 chopped garlic.
Salt to taste.
Method:
Mix all ingredients with a large spoon 10 minutesBefore serving the sauce.Before serving, stir the sauce again. Serve the sauce as your preference

Zuchini with bechamel sauce




Ingredients
 2 zucchini (slice).
1 medium green bell pepper.
 (Slice)1 1 / 2 medium onion (slice).
1 medium tomato (slice).
2 minced garlic.
A spoon (tablespoon) chopped parsley.
1 spoon (soup) oil.
A slice of vegetable broth.
1 cup milk (250ml)
1 heaped tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons flour
Salt to taste.
3 cloves.
1 bay leaf
white pepper to taste.
Nutmeg to taste.
 How to prepare.
 Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic until well browned.
Add onion and green pepper saute until the onion is translucent.
 Add the zucchini and cook, Add broth, parsley, cook the zucchini until half cooked.
Add tomatoes and sauté Add salt ,
In another pan, melt the butter.
Fry bay leaves, cloves, onion and slowly mix the flour, leaving to form a new moisturizer lightly golden.
Add the hot milk too slowly and stir until thickened
Add the spices and ready
The entire process should be done on low heat,If you use a mixer (whisk) to facilitate preparation.
Filter the sauce separates the leaves, onions, cloves.
