Musayang dal (Typical Nepali Pulse and dal)

Ingredients:
1 Cup Azuki Bean.
1 Teaspoon of Ginger Chopped.
1 Teaspoon of Garlic Chopped.
½ Medium Onion Chopped.
1/2 tea spoon Turmeric Powder.
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seed.
1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seed.
1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder.
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Powder.
1 Table spoon Coriander Chopped.
1 Green Chilli Chopped
2 Tomatoes Chopped
Salt to Taste
Sunflower Oil
Method:

Wwash the Beans ,Soak with 3 cups of water for 1 hr. Add 1 cup of water and pinch of sal Cook in Pressure Cooker until the Beans is Cooked But Not Mashy.
Now On The Other-Hand In Pan Heat Oil, Pop-up Mustard Seed and Cumin Seed until Brown.
Add Ginger, Garlic and Chili, Fry until Brown, Add Onion Fry until Translucent.
Add Turmeric Powder, Stir well Which Colours the ingredients.
Add Tomato and Remaining Ingredient Except Than Coriander.
Stir Well Cook Until Tomato Turns Pure (If Necessary Add Some Hot Water)
Heat Cooked Beans and Pour the Ready Pure On It,
Cook Until the Beans Looks Creamy Thick Gravy.Sprinkle Chopped Corriender
Serve With Rice and Bread.
