Grilling.
2 slice of pineapple.
(Peeled and the inner curve of the hard disk)
2 tablespoon of caramel. (Dump each tablespoon for each slice)
Sauce
50 grams of Nestle chocolate (semisweet)
10 gm grated coconut.
50ml coconut cream 50 ml
A drop of vanilla essence
a pinch of cinnamon powder.
2 tablespoon of condensed milk.
Method:
Heat non-stick pan. Add pineapple with caramel.
Cook until the caramel dries with pineapple.
In another pan in double boiling, heat the butter, melt the chocolate and mix well with it.
Add the coconut milk, coconut, vanilla.
Mix well and cook a few seconds to make a chocolate thick.
Add the condensed milk into the mixture and cool.
Take the dish with pineapple.
Serve as dessert.
